pauly james photography: A Night To Remember

Erika and Blake wanted to do something different than the "stand and smile" that everyone does for prom. They wanted to do something different, something unique, something really capturing their personality. So, we set out to do just that. Both were riding on cloud nine looking forward to the night to come. And you can see that in each of their smiles and the light in their eyes. From what I hear, the rest of their night was as great as their photo shoot!

Pauly James is a culmination of years of taking photos for my family and friends. And finally making the decision to move on to the next level. Pauly James is a dream. An ideal that one day, some time, I will be able to turn my part time passion into a part time career. Pauly James is my aritist. My opportunity to foster that little voice that says "wouldn't it be beautiful if...". Pauly James is a dedication to my children. Both in the name-sake and in the desire to capture every bit of this thing called childhood that passes by so fast. Pauly James is my teacher. Encouraging me that "this is great" and "you will only get better". Pauly James is a piece of my heart. With each opportunity to help capture someone else's life and soul, mine grow to an exponential level. And Pauly James is my thank you. My thank you for the opportunity to know each and every child, family, person that my camera has touched.

No fussy websites. No confusing picture packages. No expensive studio gadgets that do little for the actual photos but cost clients money. No "a dollar for this, a dollar for that".

Just you and your personality. Just me and my camera.

Don't get me wrong - the basics are there. The lights, the backdrops, the props. And of course all of the digital editing and formating you need. But I don't mess around with the other stuff. The stuff that just gets in the way of capturing you and what you are all about.

You pay for what WANT - exceptional, unique pictures. My costs are reasonable. Simply because I keep it simple. If you are planning to pick an overpriced "package", and then pay extra for all the pictures that you want that aren't included, you've come to the wrong place.
